I was sent a sample of this for free with my order. OMG thank you thank you thank you. I thought it was just going to be like caramel but so wrong! You know when you make your own creamy caramel sauces and its really lush, sweet and ...addictive, well this is it in liquid in a bottle!! My mouth is watering a bit just at the memory! The smell and taste is pure luxury! I heard james martin mention Dulch de leche on a recipe the other day so it was great timing. I've used it with banana 1883 to make milk shakes called banoffee. I also used it with coffee and everyone adored it. I was a bit worried about the fact its more than caramel but the results are so much better I don't care! You know the flavour of the crème brulee - well this beats it. Yes I am going to order it again!! Why does the rating stop at good?
